BLF for Cisco SPA504g on V15

I have upgraded to v15 and the BLF on Cisco SPA 504 does not work proberly.

The upgrade was done from V12 through V14 to V15.

The speed dial works but the BLF is always orange and we can´t see if it´s ringing or the user is busy?
The phone is upgraded to version 7.5.2b

So step one, upgrade the firmware to the supported version (7.6.1) per this article:

Step two, I'd get current on v15.5 to make sure you aren't chasing a bug that is already fixed.

And make sure your key is activated properly. There is no BLF in the PBX Edition.
