Thanks for answering, I have the problem with physical Cisco 525g phones, I cannot transfer calls blindly, it tells me transfer error, in v18 it worked perfectly, when I updated to v20 it stopped working

Those devices are EOL and no longer, which means you have to manually configure them, and is not something we could test for you and advise.
Ensure your firmware is at least, something that is mentioned here

They were never recommended. Those were EOL a long time ago.

3CX doesn't recommended keeping old phones either. Usually you would've changed them all to supported models in a certain period of time.

The above message is incorrect. I you go back an look at older versions of the software the were listed with a fully provisioned template out of the box for 3cx in the original versions that I purchased many years ago. In fact 888 recommended them. And your suggestion is that he just throw away 3000 phones. Not very business friendly.

Hi,
I'm the same issue with SNOM M300 and M25 handset, the DECT firmware is 530 - 10.
This issue impact only DETC to DECT call transfer, form 3cx windows app to DECT works fine.

So in your case, any transfer (blind and attended) between DECT does not work?

Hi Oleg,
I did some tests so:
1 - blind transfert from DECT doesn't work, it seems the call remained linked to the 1st attendant.
2 - attended transfer works fine but when the the attendant click to transfert the DECT phone ask a second question to confirm the transfer.

Moreover I found a word around for M300 -M25 DECT or 3CX client v16 registration issue if you reset password on 3CX v20.

You need to add window 3CX app and provision on 3CX, on 3CX admin console click on 3dots related to user extension 3CX App for Windows on the menu select open → config and copy the AuthID and AuthPass from the file and copy them into M300 Extensions and Handset the turn on the DECT handset.

you will find the below into the file
<AuthID>xxxxxxxxxx</AuthID>
<AuthPass>xxxxxxxxxxx</AuthPass>
