Hi, I was attempting to set up a bridge between two of my locations. I went to the Advanced area on my main office (Pro Annual, v16.0.1.273) and Bridges was there.

When I went to the Advanced area on the other office, the Bridges option is missing. That office has the v16.0.3.676 update.

I can't continue until I get this resolved. What should I do?

Go to SIP Trunks and check the button bar. Blue buttons.

Hi Greg,

This feature is in the SIP Trunks section (has trunks, gateways, SBCs and bridges under single category)

Update the first one to latest version and you'll find the features in same place on the 2 pbx :p;)

Thank you Frederick Marcoux & JohnS_3CX for letting me know where to find it. I found no documentation that said to go there nor did I read it in any release notes (but I may have missed it) that this moved. It certainly wasn't in the (v16) training that I was using to guide me.

Thanks again!!
Blessings and Merry Christmas

Hi @JohnS_3CX,

I visited the link in the email (& I see that it says V16 in the blue Current Version) but when I look at Slide 5 it says "Creating a bridge in 3CX is very simple. From the “Bridges” page in the Advanced menu on the left hand side, click the “Add” button, and select “Add Master” from the drop down box. " [Pasted directly from the page, Italics and Underline were added by me] The URL I ended up with is "https://www.3cx.com/3cxacademy/videos/advanced/3cx-bridge-configuration/remote-locations/"

That is where I was looking and in Pro Annual, v16.0.1.273, that is where it shows up. On the v16.0.3.676 update level, it is in SIP Trunks as you mentioned above.

Zortch, I think I see it... I looked at the Slide 5 on the "Google Slides" and do see that it's showing up under SIP Trunks. But I clicked on the "course content here" link just above that and it is showing the former location as pasted above under the [Slide 5] heading. In the video, I find @ 3:20 that it also says "Management console -> Advanced -> Bridges" Where it's now @ "Management console -> SIP Trunks -> Add Bridge"

Hope that helps. I was following the Course Content link while setting up the brides. Which I have done successfully now due to your (& @Frederick Marcoux 's) assistance previously.
