Hello,

Would it be possible to do a Debug log / packet trace to see how the message is coming in?

The issues is related to special characteres used in french. I did remove it and its resolved. But since its customers texting this chat group is there a way to remove special character.

Also have you contacted VoIP.MS support regarding this? Did they confirmed that the message is sent correctly to the PBX?

I got a ticket open at voip but I would say they didnt help me much yet.

So every time the special characters are included you have this issue?

I tested your exact problem message sent directly to the PBX and I do not have the same issue. The PBX is capable of receiving these characters so the issue is probably further up the line.
Please let us know what Voip.MS support says.

I just tested and if the message is short and with special character it pass but if the messages is a little bit longer the special character i just receive a part of the message in 3cx

The longer message i just receive the end of the message

Please ask Voip.ms if you are hitting the SMS character limit. When using French some of the characters are Unicode so they are occupying more bytes than normal ones.

We have contacted VoIP.MS from our end as well and we will let you know once we have a reply.

Do you have anything on your side ; On my side it's not going anywhere. The VOIP.MS support is really bad.

Switch provider? VoIP.ms does have a reputation for bad/non-existant support. At some point, you need to decide if waiting for them is worth your time.

If you're in Canada, look at Beevox/VoiceMeUp.
