Hello all,
Was wondering if its possible to setup an announcement or display on the phone screen to show what option a caller has pressed when they first call in. We live in an area with alot of spanish speakers but only some of our employees speak spanish, so we would like to present an option to inbound callers that would basically say "To continue in English press 1 or stay on the line, **in spanish** to continue in spanish press 2". If the caller presses 2, then it gets routed to a ring group setup with only employees who speak spanish, and if none of them are available, the call would get routed to the primary voicemail. The reason why we want the announcement is because the spanish speaking employees take both english and spanish calls, so the announcement would let them know how to answer the phone (in english or in spanish). Thank in advance for any help
