I have a 3CX server and some linksys spa-922 phones and i am using musimi as provider.
When calling an internal extention, forwarding works as intended, but.
If i answer an incoming call (or call out) and try to transfer, it will hang up the call...
Any ideas ?

I have configured musimi as a generic SIP, and phones are configured as written in the howto on 3cx website.

Can i assume that free version can only handle internal extention forwarding ???

i've same problem with Linksys PAP2

with my ip phone the call trasfer works well but no way with linksys

Well now it works... Kinda

On internal calls, it works flawlessly... but on external call, when transfered to another internal extention this happens...
I receive call.. pres x-fer and dial new extention. Extention answers.. and then after approx. 20-25 sec the xfer button comes back, and i can complete the transfer.... What can be the reason for this delay ? it is not on internal transfers, they work immidiately.

Im willing to pay for the solution :)
I really need this up and running in a hurry...

Hi Dark one

I have seen the same on spa962. I went back on the firmware on the spa.
Then it works

Maybe the same on spa922

What firmware are you using?

I have SPA942s and the xfer button does seem to take a couple seconds to show up after dialing.

I don't think this is 3CX related but maybe is? Does 3CX send info to the phone for status changes?

Simones what firmware did u roll back to ?

I am also facing for the same problem with ATA of Handytone 386, 286, SPA 200, and PAP2 etc.

Any body can give the solution for this?
