I am trying to achieve the following:
Currently, incoming calls are routing via 2 DID's to a single queue (ext 800) with reception and another user in it. Let's call them ext 100 and 101. However, the 2 users need to answer based on the number that was dialed to reach the PBX. So if they dial DID 1 reception should answer, "Hello, welcome to Company 1. When DID 2 is called, reception should answer with, "Hello, welcome to company 2". Currently, they cannot see which DID was dialed, so they don't know how to answer the calls. What is the best way to get them to know who is calling? They are using Yealink T21P's with the latest version of 3cx.
