Call waiting not working

So I followed this thread and did everything in it, but Call Waiting is still not working. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello,

We do not support call waiting in ring groups, the post you found is from 13 years ago and very outdated.

The best alternative I can suggest is to use a call queue so that callers can wait until you are ready to answer their calls.

You can also use shared parking to park some calls while answering others, and then get back to them.
