Callback for recordings

Hi all,
does 3CX support sending call recordings (the actual audio file, or a recording URL) to a callback/webhook URL automatically when a call ends?
I’ve configured Remote Data Storage & Archive to S3, but recordings only appear there once they’re archived. I’m looking for a way to push recordings (or a link to them) to an HTTP endpoint in near real-time.

• Is there a built-in option (CRM ReportCall, Call Control API, etc.) that includes a recording URL?
• If not, what’s the recommended approach to notify an external system and reliably fetch the recording?

If you have a Pro/Enterprise license, you can use the CRM integration template "ReportCall" scenario to send the data somewhere.

If you're unsure how to, feel free to reach out. We done many of those mini templates for forum users

We have an entreprise license! I have the software for creating CRM integration templates, but have not figured out exactly how to fill it in. I would greatly appreciate if you can guide me to where I can find the ReportCall template and how to use it (I am new to 3CX and the documentation can be somewhat overwhelming).
