Callback issues

Good morning,

I try the callback function via our 3cx server, but the phone rings but hangs up automatically after +- 5 seconds. Then the phone rings 1 time at the person who initiates the callback


I've tried several things based on other forum_posts but I can't figure it out at all

Is there anyone familiar with this issue that can maybe help me out!

Also, when you say "callback function", are you referring to 3CX's Queue Callback feature?
