Hi partners and colleagues,

I need advice from you guys, if anyone can bring some spark in, my scenario is that the customer calls in OOH for support and the call is forwarded to the ON CALL Engineer's mobile, but if the phone is out off service, coverage/switched off, then the call terminates on the mobile voicemail.

Now, there is another phone system in place, that I what to change with 3CX and bring the full features with an enterprise license and Teams Integration, but I've been struggling to find a quick solution for the below setup:

- customer calls main number, if OOH rings the engineer's mobile and if no key press for 17 seconds then the call goes to the next engineer and again if no key press to accept the call for 17 seconds then the call is forwarded to main support mail and voicemail.

I have attached a screenshot with the existing call flow, hope this make sense.

I can't see a work around to achieve this without CFD and hoping that any of you have any ideas or worked this around the Call Flow Designer?
Any input would be much appreciated.

Many thanks in advance!
Emil

Just to clarify, the call is routed to an extension with the option Ring My Mobile enabled?

Hi Theodoros,

Lost time track on this, yes, Ring My Mobile enabled for the time being.
So far, the call terminates on mobile's voicemail when not available/off, which is normal.

@EmilP Good to know the issue is resolved. ;)
