Unsupported Caller id not working

I am having 3cx V20 and Grandstream HT841 installed together. But For incoming calls it is not showing caller id. I can seed the called number details in the 3cx activity log area.

What type of number display (FSK) does the analogue phone use?
Bellcore, Telcordia, ETSI-FSK, DTMF

You will need to setup this in the correct way in the Grandstream HT814, to match the analogue phone!

Gateway is HT841, and caller id type is Bellcore

I can see called number details in Activity log. But not visible in Extension screen while phone is ringing

Get the manual from Grandstream and match the configuration with the phone.
If the information from the Grandstream does not mach the information needed for the anaolgue phone, it will not show anything.

You could also just try to ´test´ every protocol in the Grandstream one by one, until it works.
There is no magic setting, just test, test, test, until it works with the correct protocol.

Please note that some protocols will send number before the first ring, other will send the number after first ring, before the second ring... so do not hang up to fast while testing.
