Quick question on caller ID (3CX Version 9) and a Patton Smart Node 4960 (SN4960/1E24V).
We are able to pass through the number for caller ID, but not name. My provider tells me that they accept name as well.
Can anyone point me in the right direction on which Outbound parameter to change? (I'm guessing it's in the outbound parameters)
