I have set prepending group/queue/did to CID. Is is displayed as it should on the softphone and the deskphone display in the format of "QueueName:+12345678".Here is where it becomes interesting:
If the Windows client is in Softphone mode, upon answering the call from the Windows app, %CallerDisplayName% has the value of "QueueName:+123456", as expected.
If the Windows client is in CTI mode, upon answering the cal either from the desk phone or the Windows app, %CallerDisplayName% suddenly becomes "+123456". It is visible on the Windows app as the display name suddenly looses the queue name, a fraction of a second before the external application is launched
OK, so let's change the external application launch event and do it on ringing, instead on the connected and now %CallerDisplayName% is in it's full glory, with QueueName and all.
3CX App version: 16.3.0.220
3CX version: 16.0.8.9
External app: outlook.exe
Parameters: /c ipm.note /m mailto:[email protected]?subject=%CallerDisplayName%
Any thoughts?
