CalLog no name display for outbound calls

Hey everyone,

I'd like to have some help on a small issue. In my calllogs, i have every name for my incoming calls, names that match with my contact DB, but i have any names for the outbound calls exept the name of internal number.

Trunk parameters my friend. But we'll need more info to help. Also, the issue is not very clear here...

Hi Jean,

The contacts database will only write the name for incoming calls that are identified. Outgoing calls are not identified so they only show the number you dialled

So there is no way to have the call log with the name for outgoing calls, this is too bad.

I'm not aware of a way in which this can be done unfortunately.

Most VoIP sets will show a name, on outgoing calls, if there is a match in the 3CX company directory. It should not be that much of a step, to do the same thing, and include that name, in the call log...in a future update.
