When I dial a DDI from my mobile, the caller ID on the 3CX Apps (Windows + Android) shows as <phone number>:<extension> e.g 07900547547:711

I'm assuming it's related to the extension the DDI is being routed to.

Any way of dropping those digits?

The user is unable to simply redial a missed call because of those characters.

I've managed to figure it out if anyone else needs to know.

I removed the 'Name' information from the DID incoming rules and now the :<extension> is no longer showing for incoming calls.

Hello @DaveB-Opt

The system will prepend/append the name of the Inbound rule to the incoming caller ID. You can disable this either by deleting the name of the Inbound rule like you did or by navigating to the Contacts tab of the management console and going into Options. There you can select the option "Do not add" under the "Add Group, Queue or DID/DDI Names to Caller ID " category.
