Ever since update to 16.0.7, calls are not flowing to the correct ring groups.
Customer config is very simple - All incoming calls flow to the same location. During business hours they go to Call Queue A that is a Prioritized Hunt to 5 agents. After Business hours, they transfer to an external number.
Since update, calls don't seem to follow the correct flow. Callers will hear the intro recording, and then hear the queue hold music, but the call is never presented to any of the 5 users. Users are all logged into the queues as required. Viewing the call in the Switchboard, it never appears to go to the queue.
All other features appear to be working. Users are able to make internal and external calls with no issue. Attempted restarting services and rebuilding queue. No difference.
Restored to 16.0.4 (the version in use before upgrade), issue goes away and calls route as normal.
I know there was some "noise" about issues with CFD after the update, but that is not in use here.
Any one else experience this issue?
