I have a generic Sip Trunk, i can make calls to the outside using outbound rules, but when someone tries to call me there is no signal.
Looking at the .pcamp file that i capture with the 3cx Management Console, i can see that the SIP Trunk makes an invite, but our 3cx Client does not respond anything (Like i show in the pictures below).

192.168.64.251 is my local IP, we do NAT to convert to Public IP.

My public IP: x.x.x.228
Sip Trunk IP: x.x.x.199

Hi @bruno.cordeiro,

Can you set your activity log to Verbose and try and make a test call to the PBX? What does it tell you regarding the test call?

Do note that your sip trunk provider is unsupported and this may be causing some issues.

It doesnt show the call on the activity log (verbose option), it only shows in the "capture" option.

Have you successfully run the 3CX Firewall Checker?

If you are seeing the incoming call in Wireshark, but not in the Activity Log, then that would suggest that it is not reaching the PBX, for some reason. What do you have, between where you connected Wireshark, and the server?

Yes, the Firewall Checker runs successfully.

The server is a virtual machine in Debian, and i didn´t connect the wireshark, its embedded in the "capture" function in the activity Log.

Does my sip trunk provider needs to send the server the num@domain in the INVITE instead of the num@IP ?
