can dial inside and outside but no voice

ext 102 is on the outside. I have the 3cx v3 server in a dmz, no ports blocked. I can here the softphone ringing but when I pick up there is no sound inside or outside. I am using 3cv voip client on the outside. Here is the error log

Hi.

Have you set the same STUN server in both 3CX and VoIP Client?

Im not sure, but using v5 client on v3 server may be a problem.
Have you tried any other softphone from external?

You have to forward ports 10000-20000 for the voice traffic. It looks like your server may be in a DMZ but it's still NAT'd because the IP is a 192.168.x.x and that's a private range.
