Solved Can I see Callback requests from Web Client?

Hi,
If I somehow miss the callback request is there any place in Web Client to know who asked for callback?
I can only see number of callback requests on 3CX Wallboard, but not who asked for callback.

I know until I finish all the calls from queue they will be seen. but lets say by accident the or somehow I declined some calls, can I check later on among abandoned calls eho requested a callback?

Hi @akjon RooSho,

If you run a Callback Failed Report, it will display the Call Time, Queue, CallBack Number and Ringing Time.

This can be done from the Management Console >> Reports.
