Can not activate license - Urgent !!

Hello

Our license key expired a few days ago and we just got message that our payment got through and they have prolonged our key one year.
We are using V18 update 7 and apparently it is not possible to reactivate the key. We can not access the activate.3cx.com
As i understand we need update 8 for this.
However update 8 is expired in the update section.
How can i solve this. I need to get our system online. Its really not good by 3CX to have these kind of limitation.
Can we get update 8 manually somehow ?

Take a backup and do a reinstall.

It was mentioned months if not years ago that the old activation servers would be removed and U8 needed to be the minimum.

This is quite unacceptable. This is not open source. Its a commercial software, To keep backward compabilty is essential. When you are running accredited systems ist not just to change all the time.
If i wanted this i could go for free solutions.

Your only option is to backup and restore.

You will use the ISO installer which will pull the latest version of v18, it isnt a hotfix you can apply.

Actually, It doesnt look possible to download 18 anymore. You'll have go to straight to v20.

Change the "debian12iso" to "debian10iso" in the URL. I think it's 9 not 9A though.
