can not receive and send FAX

hi,
I've installed 3CX v.11 with some extensionals. telefon is ok.
but when i call the fax extension (from intern so as from extern) the connection will be closed in a second

log:

how can I solve this Problem ?

Are you on v11?
Is Ext 20 a fax machine?

Extension 20 does not support t38.

no ext. 20 is a telephone.
we tried to call the Fax-server on 88 but we didn't get a fax signal

will the fax-server only answere if the incoming fax is t.38 ?
