Solved Can users configure voicemail to email?

Hello

We just went live of 3CX this week after some testing and to my embarrassment, I assumed users could change the Voicemail email options to switch themselves to email notification or delivery if they wanted.

However, I can't seem to find that in the web client or android app.

Is there any way to expose this functionality to our users? I feel most of them would want at least email notification if not message delivery.

I figured I can bulk change it but I would like it if users could chose for themselves.

Hello MysterC925,

Users can change voicemail email options via web client or android/iOS/windows clients.

1. Admin able to change.
2. If you enable "Manage own extension" rights for user then users can able to change from the 3CX management console login. Use the same web client login credentials.

To add to what @Naveen | Cal4care correctly mentioned, just be aware that you'll need to give your users the Management Console URL not the Web Client one which can get a little confusing for them when granting them rights to log in and manage their own extension.

I think I'll go ahead and do it for my users since I don't want them to be able to break their extension configs.

It would be a nice client facing option to have but we'll live
