Cannot Access Management Console

Hello All
Running Debian version 15 on ESXi host. Tried using Chrome, Firefox and Edge and cannot login to the management console. I log in as admin and the bar keeps saying loading, after a while it times out and says "server error".
Checked to see if the server has run out of space, plenty of space on the HD.
The phone extensions and all services work fine. Just the management console. My install doesnt require softphones or webclient.
Any help would be appreciated.
