Sorry if this is the wrong location but I can't seem to be able to create a new threads.

When I start a new thread, I get the message "You need a Self-hosted system to post in this section" but I do have a self hosted system in Azure and I have posted in this section before so not sure why I'm getting this now? Can someone help please? I need to raise a new thread asap to get something sorted.

Cheers,
C

Your forum account may not be linked to your 3CX install if you used different email addresses. This may be why it won't show you the system.
Or it may be miscategorized on the backend.

Hi,

I have moved your post to a new topic as it was irrelevant to the thread.

The customer portal account/email with which you are registered on the forum has no licences bound to it. Please login with the email that is bound to your key.

Thanks for your help.
The email I used to register the system is a shared mailbox on the same domain so that if I ever leave the company someone else can take over. Is there a way to associate the account to my email or any other way around this?

As previously advised, just register with the email bound to your key.
