I can park calls using a Shared Park BLF, but I cannot unpark them. The phone displays "Not Found". This is over an SBC.

Phone: Yealink T29G
Phone Firmware: 46.83.0.55 46.83.0.60
3CX Version: 16.0.1581

Edit: Updating to the latest Yealink Firmware did not resolve the issue.

I see that the latest firmware is actually 46.83.0.60. I'll try updating to that to see if the issue is resolved.

Are you sure that BLF offer shared Park in the way you think about ?
if you used the settings available in extensions to set BLF's they are not shared, you can only use parking on same phone

Make sure you configure the dds keys as shared parking within 3cx management console under each extension. Also check each phone has the same shared parking location. I.e sp0, sp1, sp2 etc

@aws2p I don't believe that is correct. In both types of parking, shared parking and dial code parking, the parking can be accessed by any other phone.

In the case of shared parking, both phones would have to have the same parking space on one of the BLF keys, but in the end, they can both still access it.

@Makelikeapbx
  1. Are you using the default template?
  2. Does the event log show anything when you fail to pick up the parked call?
  3. What does the call log show?

So i have same problem, i tried yesterday with Snom phones and 3CX in V16. When i used SP done with MC in extension i cannot unpark , works only on the same phone where the calls were parked.

if i use shortcut *0 or *1 it works each time everywhere

@Nicholas-TM
  1. I have tried with the default template (see screenshot for BLF config) as well as a custom template. Same behavior from both.
  2. Event log shows nothing for parking or attempting to unpark the call.
  3. See attached image for call log.10213

Perhaps a SNOM issue.
We use this with a mix of Fanvil, GS and Yealink without issue.
What is *70 ?
And where is image for item #1?

I can't even unpark the call from the phone it was parked at.

This is exactly how mine is configured currently. I can park calls just fine, but when I try to unpark a call, I get "Not Found!"

It has something to do with that *70. The dial string is simply SP1.
As a workaround you can create an extension and forward to an outside number SP1. But this is usually needed for softphones and cordless without BLF.

So create an extension with an unconditional forward to SP1?

Side note: Is SP0 functional? If I set the number of call parks to 3, 3CX generates 4 shared parks, SP0, SP1, SP2, and SP3.

@Makelikeapbx

What does the BLF key look like in the phone's webUIi? It should look like:10215

No idea where the *70 is coming from. It doesn't show up in the BLF config on the phone.
Here's the image for #1. None of the below BLFs allow unparking.

0 is there - I never use it. It's not on any phones.
I set mine up on the DND for the extension:
I'm still on v15.5 so not sure if this is a v16 bug.
I would log into the WEBGUI for the phone and see what it says under the MPK/BLF programming.

Almost like its using this for a shared call pickup. (* 20 * if I recall)

Figured it out. Call Park code was set to *70 in the web UI on the phone. Apparently factory resetting the phone wasn't enough to wipe that setting. It also wasn't wiped by the default template or my custom template.

Thanks everyone for the help and leading me in the right direction!

Well, the success was short term. I now have no audio when unparking a call.

Sounds like a programming issue on the phone in general since you are using an SBC.
