We have a bit of an odd issue. We have a mix of users using the PWA app, and users using deskphones (Grandstream GXP1780). We have a 4 simultaneous call pro on-premise license. What I've noticed is happening is when all three of our simultaneous calls are in use and a 4th one comes in, it can't be answered on the PWA app. When we hit the answer button its like it tries to call the number that's calling us and when it does it plays the usual "license limit reached" message. We can answer the call fine on the desk phones, but when we try to use the app it doesn't work. This applies to remote and in office on the same subnet as the PBX. Anyone seen this before?

Environment info:
3CX OS: Debian (VM on ESXI host)
3CX Version: 18.0 Update 7 (Build 312)
PWA running on: Windows 11
3CX license tier: Pro

Let me know if I need to provide any further information.

Hello @TagleRock

This is expected behavior and if you run into this issue often it means you are already on the limits of what the license can handle though, and you need to consider upgrading the license to 8SC at least.

Clients that use PUSH to receive their calls (PWA, Desktop, Android, iOS) will dial into the PBX to pick up their call.
This means that you temporarily need an extra sim. call to establish the session, which you don't have if all 4 are already used up.

Thank you for the information. Don't think it happens often enough to justify the cost of a license upgrade, not yet anyways, but at least now we know its expected and we can get a desk phone to alleviate the issue for the couple of people on the PWA app.
