I attempted the upgrade from v18 to v20 on my self-hosted 4sc free on vultr. The upgrade installed debian version 11, then failed and would not allow to try the upgrade again because debian is now version 11 and not 10 or 12. I shutdown my v18 host and created a new host using the v20 3cx debian iso and restored my backup. It appears to be working, I can make and receive calls. I can't logon using my system owner account. I have extension 00 as my system owner which I used with v18 to start the update. On v20 after restoring the backup, I can not logon with my extension 00, says invalid username password. If I try forgot password and enter email address, no email gets sent. How do I fix this?
I can logon using my extension 01 to web client, not a system owner account though. I can't access admin site.
My setup is very basic, no changes. I'm one person with 2 x desk phones and 1 x IOS. I use voice and voicemail only.
Thanks.
