Can't make simultanusly 2 calls

Today I noticed that i can't make 2 simultanusly calls which is worked some days ago.
The log says
Leg L:45.3[Line:10000>>6936158137] is terminated: Cause: 503 Service Unavailable/INVITE from 192.168.1.160:5060

192.168.1.160 is the 3cx PC

Gateway with PSTN, Gateway with ISDN, VoIP/SIP Service?

We have ISDN line and we use the grandstream gxw4104

Sounds like a gateway, or provider issue. Are you able to place a call, and still receive one over ISDN?
