Can't Provision a X3G

Having trouble provisioning new phones.

Fanvil X3G, this phone is not listed in the add phone list. have tried SG U as well but no luck

Have done the X6U ok so I know the procedure is right.
turned off the external blocking in options, is latest firmware.

Any thoughts

Fanvils have always had a little weirdness with the models not always matching up. Try the X3 template

Managed to get provisioning to work, X3 and X3S both do same job. Phone shows it has the extension from the setup. I get a dial tone but can't dial out. Both line buttons are flashing
Does not report as green still has a red light. Other phones 6 are green?

Hi,

If you use plug and play provisioning, it should automatically detect the right template for you.
Just make sure the firmware is updated. See guide below and reprovision it from scratch, in a factory default state https://www.3cx.com/sip-phones/fanvil-x3-x5/
