CDR connection Hosted service

Hi All,
I'm trying to reach the CDR logs when using a hosted by 3cx server. Is there a way to access it?

I have also tried an active and passive connection but have not been able to connect to the hosted server.

Can anyone shed some light on how I can get this working under a 3cx hosted system?

Thanks to @Cjay (you can't post publicly due to only having the free tier)

If you are hosted by 3CX instance then the only way to capture CDRs is using IP socket mode - most likely needs to be be a 3CX 'Active Socket' mode so the CDR IP connection is initiated by the 3CX end so that it 'punches out' through their firewall.

Chris created a free program called CallVitesse to help capture 3CX CDRs, you can find it here:

CallVitesse worked with the following:
1) On the 3CX management terminal configure CDR with active socket and point it at your office IPv4 address, you can use whichever port is convenient (e.g. 3000 or 5015)

2) At your office end you will need to route (port forward) the incoming 3CX CDRs to a suitable PC running CallVitesse. Configure CallVitesse for 3CX active mode connection, then click 'validate' on CallVitesse and (hopefully) the 3CX end will be able to connect if your routing is working (it may not do this instantly, sometimes it will wait till a call is made). Once the connection is validated then when you confirm & start CallVitesse then 3CX will send CDRs to CallVitesse and you will see the connection status turn green and incoming CDRs being collected.
