I have a PBX that is using a CFD (Call Flow Designer) app for time-based conditional routing. What it is programmed to do is on Tuesdays, during the clients lunch break, all calls are to be routed to a "LunchBreak" IVR. This is supposed to occur between 2p and 3p each week and should affect the Frontdesk phones, EXT's 101, 102 and 103. What is happening though is that extensions 102 and 103 stop ringing at 1p and resume ringing at 2p while extension 101 resumes ringing at 2p and continues ringing throughout the lunch break. Then, at 3p all extension resume ringing. This is not at all the programmed logic in the CFD app. I have reviewed the forwarding rules on each extension, verified that the phones do not have any funky time settings (meaning the time on each device is correct and identical) and checked my office hours settings in all areas that this can be set. Everything appears to be set correctly but I am unable to solve for this unpredictable behavior. Can Someone review this with me and help to identify what is going on? This has been ongoing for months apparently but has only be reported recently. The last major update to this system was in November.
