I've run into a situation where a client using desk phones would like to be able to transfer to the voicemail of another extension without entering transfer > *4EXT.
Would it be possible to have the CFD or something similar allow for transferring a call that's currently on hold?
Example scenario:
Person calls in to ext 101
Ext 101 places the caller on hold
Ext 101 calls the CFD, enters the DTMF input for ext 102
CFD grabs the call that's on hold and transfers it to 102's voicemail
Perhaps there's already a way of having a single button option to transfer to someone's voicemail on a desk phone, but I haven't been able to find anything. Even the prefix options on the desk phones don't seem to accomplish what I need.
