Hey guys,
Quick question. We have multiple cloud hosted 3CX PBX's and we are starting to see customers interested in call recording. One of our bigger customers has had call recording enabled for some time now and we are at the point of giving them the easiest way to pull reports and access recorded calls.
Easiest method seems to be generating a call report and then opening that to download the recorded calls. Problem is all the recorded call URL links have the local LAN IP address in them and not the FQDN. Considering all our phone systems are cloud hosted and remote that gives them no way to download those recorded calls without changing the IP to the FQDN name in each link which doesn't make any sense at all.
Any way this can be updated / changed on the generated call reports to display FQDN on those call recording links?
Thanks all,
-Mark
