Hello !

We have a licence for 32 calls right now, but would like to change to 16. Is it possible to reduce the quantity when renewing the licence ? Thanks !

no, you need to buy a smaller license. You can only upgrade within the year.

To further elaborate, if you are currently on an annual license you would just buy a new annual license with 16SC the day before and use the 'Replace license key' functionality. If you are on perpetual, you'll want to reach out to 3CX sales directly or a local partner to see if they can engage 3CX to play ball but ultimately you might end up back at square one as far as buying a new license.

We are on annual. So it's possible, simply by buying a new licence and replacing it in our config. Will it lose anything in the configuration ? Or it's fully transparent ?
