Change Language of Reports

I want to change the language of the reports. At the moment reports are in german but I need it in english.

Is there any way to change the language of the reports?

PBX on windows , OS give the language to reports
PBX on Linux, Locales give the language to reports

Which case are you?

We are on Linux. I will check the settings on Linux.

Be careful changing locale settings on Linux, it can break PostgreSQL and kill your instance.
