Hi

Is there a way to remove the above phones from the console as the extension is now being used as a softphone via the software?

On the 3cx phone software its 14
and the web portal i assume its the current

On the current V15 version you can navigate to the desired extension then to phone provisioning Tab and click the delete button next to the phone model. Then click ok

On V14 go to the desired extension / Phone provisioning tab and delete the MAC address of the phone you want to remove. Also where the phone model is listed select the "Select phone model" option. Apply and OK
