At one point my users were on Yealink phones. I am switching them over to Cisco phones. All I did was choose the new phone type and reprovision. Everything works fine but I get this in my syslog from the phone when it boots:

Wed Apr 30 05:53:38 2014: <134>SPA514G a4:93:4c:xx:xx:xx -- Requesting upgrade http://192.168.1.8:5000/provisioning/xxxxxxxx/firmware/cisco/38.70.0.168.rom
Wed Apr 30 05:53:38 2014: <134>SPA514G a4:93:4c:xx:xx:xx -- Upgrade failed: file not found

As you can see the firmware filename is that of a Yealink T38G. Any ideas?

I'm on 3CX 12 SP4.

Anyone? I'm sure there is some configuration stuck somewhere but I don't know where it could be.
