Hi Everyone,
is there any solution to have option click to dial from browser using 3CX CTI app on workstation? That should work same as Skype plugin for browsers.

Hi there,
Yes you have different ways to achieve this :
- define a shortcut in your 3cxphone settings, so that when you highlight a phone number in a page and presses the shortcut combination it will compose the number in 3cxphone dial screen
- have a pro license and use the TEL protocol, this way any link starting with tel: is dialed in 3cxphone when clicked
Those two options can be combined with CTI mode in 3cxphone so that whatever is input in 3cxphone will be dialed on hardphone.
