Commpeak SIP Trunk connect to 3cx

Our company has been using commpeak's SIP Trunk and DIDs we used to work with zoiper but now we upgraded to 3cx. So my question is how to connect my commpeak DIDs and SIP with 3cx?

Kindly note that Commpeak is not a tested/supported provider, therefore, cannot be configured in a 3CX Hosted Installation.
