I am facing an easy case but with complex timeslots settings.
I would like to get feedback from you guys and would like to know if there another way to do it.
The current situation is:
We have 3 trunks for 3 different companies on a single PBX instance (10 DIDs + 10 DIDs + 1 DIDs).
One of the DID numbers needs to be dispatch like this:
Monday and Thursday from 08-30 till 18-00 to External Mobile Number (xxxxxxxx)
Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 08-00 to 16-00 to a Ring Group (802) with operator extensions (200 and 201).
Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 16-00 to 18-00 to External Mobile Number (xxxxxxxx)
Everything else is redirected to an Extension Mailbox.
I setup specific Office Hours on the Inbound rules of that DID bypassing PBX's general settings (because we have other trunks).
Office hours: Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 08-00 to 16-00.
Destination for calls during office hours: Ring Group 802
Destination for calls outside office hours: Voicemail Box Extension 302
Ring Group 802 is set to Ring(All) 40 seconds on Extensions 200 and 201.
And Destination if no answer is: Voicemail Box Extension 302
We create a dummy extension (302) which will NEVER be available.
Mobile number parameter is set to xxxxxxxx.
"If I am busy or phone unregistered": Forward to Mobile and Announce Caller (Rebound)
"Exception rule:" Monday and Thursday from 08-30 till 18-00 and Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 08-00 to 16-00 from CallerID * (start for every call) Forward to Voicemail.
In that case, the dummy extension need to be part of a GROUP authorized to make calls outside and match outgoing rules (to reach External Mobile Number (xxxxxxxx))
If External Mobile Number did not answer or refused the calls the Voicemailbox of 302 is used.
This is the only way I found to achieve this particular scenario.
