Solved Connect SIP phone to 3CX on a VPS?

Hi, I have the 3CX v15,5 instance on a VPS. Is there a way I can connect a Grandstream DP715 phone to the 3CX server from the outside? Thanks

Ensure your extension is set to allow connections from the WAN.
It would be a manual setup of the DP715 - logging into the base.

Hello @pacpac

Since this device is not supported by 3CX you will need to manually register the device to the phone system and perform any required configuration. Technically since this is a SIP device you can connect it to the phone system but i would always recommend using 3CX supported devices.
