Solved Contacts are not stored in the backup?

Hi, out of the blue our global company contacts are lost, no entry is available anymore.

Looking into the backups made by the 3cx system I do not find anything containing the contacts.

Are the contacts not stored in the backups?

I am using 15.5.15502.6

You "looked" at the backups? My guess is they are stored in the database - and not in a flat file.
Also, check your permissions to see who has access to setup Global contacts... (ADD/EDIT/DELETE)

Hi, unzipping the full backup I checked each and every directory. The database files are located in DbTables, however non of these tables contains the contacts

Please note that contacts added to the phone system are stored in the .xml file located in the backup.
