Converting a first year trial into a permanent Standard 4 sim. calls

Hey there,

So my first year is getting close to expire and I'm wondering what to do next in order to keep it running and how much would it cost.

I have 6 physical phones and a couple of remote android extensions. I've monitored the sim. calls and we never exceed 4, so the "free" standard licence moving forward would be enough, right?

However, i read a blog where it says to re-install it every year to avoid the maintenance and i definitely don't want to do that. I'm ok paying for maintenance but is not that clear how much would it be a year. It states that is %27.5 of the perpetual licencing but no price for the standard 4 sim calls. Then on the yearly pricing states free for the standard 4 sim calls. I just don't want to over pay but be fair, and pay for the minimum package.

Also, do i wait for it to expire and the 16 sims and will just go t the default 4 sims? no action needed? what other features do i lose if that's the case?

So the free license should downgrade to 4 SC for free, no maintenance required.

Please note that the free standard licence will revert to 4 Sim calls automatically if not renewed and no further action is required.
If you are hosting the PBX locally or on an instance you control no further action is required. If you using the 1 year free hosting by 3CX then you will need to move your installation as the hosting is not renewable.
