Implemented Dark mode for 3CX web-ui

Such a simple thing, and it may have already been requested ... but the light is scary, and IT people need dark mode to feel safe. Perhaps a Dark Mode feature for the web-UI?

1. Click 3 dots (under contacts)
2. General > Select a theme
