Debian Buster

First of all: Is Debian Buster already supported for running 3CX?
Are there any special requirements for an in-place-upgrade from Stretch?
Stretch support will end in July 2020, so I have to move on with this...

As for Buster, it is indeed in our roadmap and we will release a blogpost as we get closer to the release date. In place upgrades we done via the management console in the past (ie Jessie to Stretch)
