Default Internet facing IP Address. (Default gateway) - IP mismatch

Can someone tell me what IP address is this relating to? I am testing the system and I am not sure I have this set up correctly.

On my system it´s the internal ip of the 3cx server.

Okay -so the setting for the network card interface is the Private IP of the server and the external IP is the static Public IP?

Yes that 's it, except if your 3CX is not Nated, in that case only Public IP

I now cannot change the Private IP - any ideas how this is done, it must relate somehow to the sip trunk

@JRam rather than referencing changing the IP, why don't you instead tell us what you need to achieve exactly by doing so?
