Delete trial host

Hello,
I have moved our trial instance onto our Azure VM and its working fine thank you.
But as this leaves behind the original trial host running on Google, there is now a conflict with the FQDN.

Greatful for advise how to resolve this.

is there your own google instance you used trial key? If so just stop or delete completely this instance.

If this is a 3CX instance then you need to ask to 3CX Staff member to delete

in case this is a 3CX instance just prepare your 3CX key license number, FQDN, registred email to send this in PM when asked

Hello, yes this is a 3CX instance.
Will the new instance - installed from a full backup, be able to retain the FQDN and certificates?

Yes , do you use LE certificates natively with 3CX or your own?

Help from a 3CX Staff member , will delete your instance @YiannisH_3CX or @NickD_3CX or @JohnS_3CX .

I was happy it "just worked" by installing from the backup, so I believe we are still using the LE certificates.

If you run 3CX install form PBXexpress then you have LE certificates

Yes, confirmed - I ran the new 3CX install from PBXexpress.
Unfortunately, this left behind the same FQDN on the original trial instance.
My main issue is the SBC following the FQDN dns and registering with the original instance.
Hence I would like to remove the original trial instance.
