Solved Desktop App Calling Randomly

Hi,

Over the last few days I have noticed on my desktop app, when I wake my laptop from sleep it calls an extension on our system without me pressing anything. It is always the same extension every time.

Has anybody else had this issue?

Hi, we have the same issues and it was reported to R&D, they tried to fix it for weeks. We are still waiting for the final release.

The cause issue has actually been identified and will be addressed in 3CX v18 U2.
