I have a situation where I need to make calls from my custom code (C# on Linux using .NET Core).
Here are the details:
I have an application hosted (console) on the same server where 3CX instance is hosted. By some trigger, I need to trigger (or make) a call to a "Phone Number" - (external) on behalf of an agent/3CX user who has registered extension in the system.
When I trigger this call to the 3CX API - it should delegate the initiated call on the Agent's softphone to talk through.
I assume to do that the code that I might have to call would be "PhoneSystem.Root.MakeCall()" - this one has two overloads - but I am not sure which one to use and what should be the params I need to pass in my case, please help.
I am very new to 3CX API and ecosystem and trying to cop up, thanks in advance.
